Siimee is a social impact company committed to reforming the recruiting and hiring process by reducing the biases that often occur. Founded in December 2020 by Rhett Lindsey, Siimee is raising awareness of the inherent problems in recruiting and hiring through its series of expert conversations on Siimee’s media channels and the Siimee platform -- the first tool that will mitigate the risks of bias from occurring during the initial stages of the recruiting and hiring processes.

Founded on the premise that diversity and inclusion can support a company’s bottom line, Siimee believes that a fair, unbiased hiring process is the starting point to a healthy, equitable workplace.
